Manufacturing Operations Manager

• Oversee and coordinate the production line operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of quality and safety.
• Lead a team to achieve daily production targets by monitoring workflow and making adjustments as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to team members through training and mentoring, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report on production progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work either day or night shifts, as assigned, and knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
