Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Electronics Design Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Design Manager to lead our hardware development team in delivering high-performance video and imaging processing products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical leadership and oversight for all hardware development activities within the team.
  2. Collaborate with other engineering teams and production to successfully deliver multi-disciplinary projects.
  3. Ensure the team is focused on delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  4. Coordinate with project managers and sales teams to provide accurate time estimates for development activities.
  5. Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  6. Support the professional growth of team members.
Requirements:
  1. **Education:** Degree in Electronics Engineering or similar engineering discipline.
  2. **Experience:** Extensive experience in a senior electronics design role covering analogue and digital circuits as well as high-performance processors.
Desirable Skills:
  1. Experience in the Defence industry or similar sectors (for example, scientific equipment manufacturers, special purpose machine builders or high-end customisation companies).
  2. Experience of analogue and digital video.
