Luton Bennett is seeking a qualified Maintenance and Repair Professional to join their team. As a Maintenance and Repair Professional, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, identifying and reporting any faults, and performing repairs as needed. If you have a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for problem-solving, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Your primary responsibility will be to work effectively in a dynamic environment and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained. You will also be required to work closely with other members of the team to achieve common goals. This role involves working as part of a mixed team of electrical and mechanical engineers, with varied responsibilities across different production lines, including mill machinery, biomass, and treatment plant.

To succeed in this position, you will need previous experience as an electrical engineer within an industrial environment or similar and hold an Electrical Edition 17th or 18th qualification in electrical installations. With a competitive salary of £37,761 per annum (£18.57 per hour) + overtime opportunities available, you will also benefit from 31 days holiday + pension + life assurance + product discount scheme and cash back schemes + workwear provided + course-funded training available + on-the-job training + annual tool allowance up to £88.69 per annum. The rotating 3-shift pattern includes Sunday-12:00 pm-6:00 am, Monday-Thursday 10 pm-6 am; Monday-Thursday 2 pm-10 pm, Friday 1 pm - 9 pm; and Monday-Thursday 6 pm-2 am, Friday 6 am-1 pm.
