Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

Morson Talent is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to work on the Apache project at RAF Middle Wallop. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to lead a team of aircraft technicians in ensuring timely and accurate maintenance services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a small group of technicians, overseeing their work activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and plan technical work for a team of aircraft technicians
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure they meet performance expectations
- Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures
- Coordinate with Operations Lead to achieve business objectives
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aviation technical processes and procedures, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In addition, they will have experience working in a defence or commercial environment and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
