Job Title: Medical Lead Consultant Psychiatrist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Medical Lead Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at MediTalent Ltd. As a senior medical professional, you will be responsible for overseeing our acute and locked rehabilitation mental health services, driving quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our mental health services, ensuring high-quality care and patient outcomes.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and service delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring they are evidence-based and aligned with best practices.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise and develop a team of psychiatrists, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Medical Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in medical leadership, preferably in a mental health setting.
