We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK qualified solicitor to join our in-house legal team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal advice and assistance on a wide range of data protection matters, particularly in third-party contracts.

Working closely with our Senior Solicitor and Data Protection Solicitor & Deputy DPO, you will be responsible for advising on data protection matters in contracts and queries from various business areas. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing relevant and timely legal advice on data protection law, including contract negotiation.

We are looking for a commercially minded solicitor with some awareness of data protection laws, including drafting and reviewing data processing agreements, privacy policies, and reviewing data protection impact assessments. If you have a strong understanding of data protection regulations and a passion for delivering high-quality legal advice, we would love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded in-house legal team and work on a wide range of data protection matters. You will have the flexibility to work remotely and will be part of a comprehensive and generous benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and assistance on data protection matters
