Your Role

We are seeking a Resort Lifeguard to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our pools and water facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to engage with people of all ages and backgrounds, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail, able to monitor pool areas during busy times.

We offer a competitive salary of £21,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a basic salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and progression.
