About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Administrator to join our team at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent support to our medical teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to transcribe clinical correspondence and documentation from audio recordings. You will also be responsible for arranging follow-up appointments and ensuring that our patients receive timely care.
In addition to your transcription and coordination duties, you will be expected to provide general office support, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes. You will also participate in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions with colleagues, patients, and other stakeholders.
