Job Description
As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. This includes managing the shop floor, leading a team of colleagues, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring continuity of operations and high levels of customer service.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  4. Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
