Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Dust, damp wipe, or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
  • Floor Care: Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops, mop floors with wet or damp mops, and hover carpeted areas.
  • Waste Management: Empty waste bins or similar receptacles and transport waste material to designated collection points.
  • Cleaning Supplies: Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use and replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: Essential professional deep cleaning experience, including floor cleaning with a carpet machine.
  • Driving License: Full Clean Manual UK Driving License is required, but a vehicle will be provided.
  • IT Literacy: Proficiency in using a tablet and smartphone apps.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
