About the Role
As the Hardy Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hardy plant section of the garden centre, ensuring that it's well-stocked and beautifully presented. This involves:
- Managing the hardy plant department to meet customer demands and sales targets.
- Coordinating with the buying team to source high-quality plants and products.
- Developing and implementing visual merchandising displays to showcase plants and products.
- Providing excellent customer service and advice on plant care and gardening.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a garden centre and will have knowledge of hardy plants, including roses, gardening, and plant care. They will be a team player, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
