Electronics Development Manager

Ampere Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electronics Development Manager to lead the development of power electronics systems with a focus on switched-mode power supplies.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics and analogue design, with a focus on switched-mode power supplies such as DC-DC and AC-DC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of power electronics systems with a focus on switched-mode power supplies (DC-DC, AC-DC).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other teams for testing and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in power electronics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in power electronics and analogue design.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
