As a key member of our Roads Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of frontline services and coordinating the allocation of tasks to squads and operatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising squads and operatives to ensure the safe, efficient, and economical completion of work
• Coordinating and allocating jobs to ensure effective service delivery
• Participating in winter and emergency services during normal working hours and out-of-hours standby as required
• Undertaking a range of duties as a working member of a squad if required

A shift rota is in place, and a 7.5% shift allowance is payable.
