**Job Description:**

  • To lead and manage a team of staff members to deliver high-quality care services.
  • To develop and implement strategies to promote independence among service users.
  • To work closely with local authorities and other stakeholders to improve services.

**Key Requirements:**

  • A recognized qualification in healthcare or social care management (e.g. CQSW, DipSW).
  • Proven experience in managing teams and developing staff.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
