Job Description

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Quality Auditor to join their client, a manufacturing business based in Runcorn, Cheshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring complete compliance with all food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, ISO, BRC, and customer conformity of production (COPS).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance across all departments.
  2. Work with all departments to identify and implement continuous improvement projects and ways of working.
  3. Assist with complaint investigations and ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken.
  4. Perform hygiene checks to maintain high standards.
  5. Provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports and drive quality improvements across the site.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a similar role within an FMCG setting.
  • Food hygiene/HACCP qualifications.

Working Hours:
39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rolling 3 shift pattern (6.00am - 2.00pm, 2.00pm - 10.00pm, 10.00pm - 6.00am).

Salary:
Dependent on knowledge and experience to offer.
