Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Nurse Practitioner Clinical Leader to join our team in the South West region of England. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure exceptional patient care and safety.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and leadership to clinic teams to maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Education and Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, including CQC, GOC, and ISO requirements.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing constructive feedback and driving continuous improvement.
  • Resource Allocation: Collaborate with clinic managers and central services to allocate resources effectively, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with colleagues, internal departments, and external stakeholders to drive excellence in clinical services.

Requirements:

  • Registered Healthcare Professional with relevant clinical experience.
  • Experience in leadership and management in a clinical setting.
  • Knowledge of cataract and refractive surgery procedures and/or cosmetics and aesthetics.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
