London South Bank University's LSBU Business School is seeking a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour who can drive the growth and success of our Division of Innovation, Leadership, Strategy & Management.

The successful candidate will have expertise in areas such as Organisational Behaviour, Management, Leadership, Decision Making, Research Methods & Statistics, teaching across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education levels. Experience in digital transformation and its impact on curriculum design is highly desirable.

We expect the appointee to deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials, engage in research and enterprise activities, and contribute to professional learning communities. The role also involves academic management responsibilities for personal development and community impact.
