Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Administrator to join the finance team of Marks Sattin in Central London.

This is a fantastic chance to work with a dynamic group within a privately-owned company with worldwide interests across various business sectors.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and professional correspondence with suppliers. This includes managing the supplier and payment inbox, allocating emails to team members, and processing invoices on a timely basis.

Your duties will include:

  • Reconciling supplier accounts and analysing account data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth financial operations, including supporting Management Accountants with variance analysis and forecasting.
  • Reviewing and suggesting actions to address old balances on aged creditor reports.
  • Providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues with suppliers.

We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work well under pressure. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
