We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at FMC Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the North and Midlands regions.

About the Role

As Area Sales Manager, your primary objective will be to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets in your assigned territory. You will identify and engage with potential customers in the market, including ophthalmologists, optometrists, and clinics, and conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase our ophthalmic diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets in the North and Midlands regions
  • Identify and engage with potential customers in the market, including ophthalmologists, optometrists, and clinics
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase our ophthalmic diagnostic equipment
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, feeding back these findings to the sales and marketing teams

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of ophthalmic diagnostic equipment and demonstrated success in sales roles. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining key relationships with a diverse range of clients, as well as strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and foster customer loyalty.
