We are seeking a Store Manager Designate to join our retail field team covering our fashion stores across Essex. This role involves providing cover and support to various stores, requiring willingness to travel to different sites and a full UK driving licence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets, delivering a high standard of service to customers, leading and developing a team of staff and volunteers, deputising for Store Managers, and managing stock, visual merchandising, and recruitment and training.

Previous retail experience is essential, and the ideal candidate will have good commercial awareness, experience of leading and developing teams, ability to achieve sales targets, commitment to achieving the highest retail standards, results-driven approach, excellent customer service skills, and ability to build rapport with people.
