Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects from conception to completion.

Job Overview:

  • This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to deliver projects that meet customer needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, electrical engineering, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead project meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to track project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
