We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Pelvic Health Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a pelvic health clinical caseload, working independently with the support of senior clinicians and mentors.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practice and shared decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Pelvic Health clinical lead and team to improve and develop services for our local population.
- Participate in staff development and education, including in-service training programs and clinical supervision.
- Contribute to the education and mentoring of rotational staff and physiotherapy students on placement.
- Diploma/degree in physiotherapy and registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Appropriate range of postgraduate education and training in pelvic health physiotherapy.
- Experience of participating in and delivering in-service training programs, with a varied range of clinical experience within the musculoskeletal specialty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changes in work routine and move between sites within the Health Board as demanded by the job role.
