The successful candidate will work under pressure, be well-organized, and able to effectively prioritize tasks. They will need to have a positive attitude, enjoy finding creative and innovative solutions, and possess excellent communication skills, record-keeping, and keyboard skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with service users and their families
  • Confidently explore ideas for positive outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve better outcomes for adults with a Learning Disability
  • Participate in regular supervision and support from a multi-disciplinary management team
