Lead Nursery Manager

Little Elms Daycare Nurseries is seeking a highly skilled Nursery Manager to lead our team in South London. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nursery professionals to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates across our settings.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure the financial success of our nurseries.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
We offer a salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Certificate and satisfactory employment references.
