**Job Overview**
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Candidate Title to join our team. As a key member of our Communications and Events team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a range of high-profile events across the University.
You will have a proven track record of coordinating and managing large-scale events, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless event execution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with the events team to develop and implement event concepts, manage logistics, and coordinate resources. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining accurate records.
We're looking for someone with a strong passion for events management, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A degree qualification in Events Management, Hospitality, Tourism or Marketing, or equivalent significant event experience, is required.
This position is based in Preston, with some hybrid working based on the needs of the university. We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
