About the Role

This is a branch-based full-time role that requires the ability to carry out all types of alterations and repairs, including shortening and lengthening garments, taking in or letting out garments to adjust the size, and replacing broken zippers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out alterations and repairs to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service and discuss customer needs, including fittings
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
