Synthetic Asset Optimiser

We are seeking a highly skilled Synthetic Asset Optimiser to join our prestigious legal team at Ashville Knight in Lewes. The right individual will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Trust Registration Service and provide expert guidance to clients and trustees.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing complex trust tax returns, managing the preparation of inheritance tax accounts, and offering bespoke tax planning advice to maximise tax efficiency and reduce liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to enhance tax efficiency.
  • Analyse data to inform tax planning decisions.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • Monitor legislative changes to ensure compliance.
  • Communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Synthetic Asset Optimiser (or similar).
  • Extensive knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
  • Professional qualifications such as ATA/CTA/STEP.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent results.
