Electromechanical Field Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing digital cinema equipment, as well as providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and repairing digital cinema equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and other related equipment.
  • Installing new digital cinema equipment and ensuring it is properly configured and tested.
  • Providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborating with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues and improve our services.
Requirements:
  • Electrical and mechanical engineering experience, including experience with digital cinema equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, including experience with circuit diagrams and 3-phase electrics.
  • Good IT knowledge and skills, including experience with PC and software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in digital cinema or theatre management systems.
