Nurse Specialist

As a Practice Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals with acute mental health conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality nursing care, working closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Mental Health service in building a brighter future for our service users
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve physical health and well-being
Conduct risk assessments and liaise with the GP service as needed
Supervise junior staff and implement screening processes
Requirements:
RGN experience and relevant nursing qualification
NMC registration and experience in a similar environment
Evidence of clinical practice development
