Senior Project Manager - Manchester

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver a variety of construction projects for their growing portfolio in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full project lifecycles, from planning through to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their construction needs and preferences.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project continuity.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders, maintaining open communication.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a UK construction consultancy, preferably in a senior project management role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management methodologies and processes, including risk management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Relevant qualifications in a construction subject, such as Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Building Surveying.
