The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Majestic Trainee Manager. This 12-month development programme will provide a detailed understanding and experience of all operational, service, and leadership standards expected of a future Majestic Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and optimising KPI performance.
  2. Sell the story, not the discount, and take ownership of wine knowledge to support WSET qualifications.
  3. Take accountability for the physical appearance and maintenance of the store.
  4. Involve yourself in all operational tasks to establish a thorough understanding of day-to-day operations.
  5. Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational running and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  1. Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environment.
  2. Self-motivation, excellent communication, and time management skills.
  3. Passion to learn about wine, with the ability to hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than six penalty points.
