Primary Education Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Education Support Professional to join our team in Southampton. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of primary school students.
About the Role:
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them stay engaged and focused in class.
* Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom management.
* Support children with their learning, ensuring they understand and can access the curriculum.
* Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported.
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary of £80-£100 per day, paid inclusive of holiday pay at 12.07% (approximately £91.24 per day).
