Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team in London, Commercial Department. This is a full-time opportunity.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction by resolving technical issues, optimizing their payment solutions, and delivering exceptional service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical matters and provide expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and identifying opportunities to optimize their payment solutions.
  • Customer Success: Proactively identify areas for improvement and ensure successful adoption and utilization of our products.
  • Technical Support: Address technical inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure minimal disruption to clients' payment infrastructure.
  • Training and Demo: Provide merchant demonstrations and technical training to support upselling efforts.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate the addition of new payment solutions and technical migrations for clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the payments landscape.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with Payments industry regulations and technical frameworks.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as required.
Estimated Salary:

£80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
