We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Probate Solicitor to join our dedicated Private Client team. As a key member of our team, you will take on a varied caseload, specializing in probate and estate administration.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently execute client instructions related to probate and estate matters, adhering to our professional standards.
  • Deliver regular, accurate progress reports to clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the process.
  • Handle client queries with professionalism and clarity, both over the phone and in writing.
  • Maintain organized records and a systematic filing system for all client matters.
  • Meet budgeted fees and profit targets where applicable.
  • Prioritize your workload effectively to manage a busy caseload.

Skills Requirements:

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative spirit, with a willingness to support and mentor junior team members.
  • A diligent and conscientious approach to your work.
  • Minimum of 2 years PQE in Private Client law, with a focus on probate.
  • Proficient in IT and PC literacy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
