Job Title: Senior Artworker

Location: Manchester

Working Hours: 8:30 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role:

The JD Sports Fashion Plc Studio is seeking a skilled Senior Artworker to join its dynamic and diverse team. As a key member of the Design and Production studio, you will provide expert input and support on all aspects of artwork production. Your natural flair for layout design and excellent knowledge of digital practices will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled and technically accurate input and support on all aspects of artwork production.
  • Work collaboratively with the design team to deliver high-quality artwork.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital practices and proactively pursue new interaction design and page layout techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of the design team's skills and knowledge.
  • Work effectively with the production team to ensure timely delivery of artwork.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior role.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong typography, layout, and typesetting skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas to line managers and other non-graphical team members.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a creative discipline (advantageous).
