Christmas Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Artist during our peak trading period.

As a Christmas Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations. You will also contribute to daily and weekly store targets, support colleagues, and work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and exceeding expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during peak trading period
  • Support colleagues, working as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Make our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow Brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment process

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about our brands, has great communication skills, and is flexible to work across peak in the six weeks leading up to Christmas. Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable.
