Job Title: Environmental Lawyer - Planning and Highways Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Lawyer to join our team on a locum basis for an initial period of 3 months, with potential for extension. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice to our client group on Planning and Highways matters, including appeal enquiries and other associated matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on Planning and Highways matters, including appeal enquiries and other associated matters
• Draft and negotiate complex Planning agreements, such as section 73's and section 106 agreements
• Represent the Council at Committee meetings on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

• Experience in Local Government

Working Hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday – Friday
