Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate with McCarthy Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to achieve and exceed targets and growth plans. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive working environment where you can make a significant impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for arranging deliveries between customers, suppliers, and manufacturers, diary management of key account holders, creation of reports, and monitoring service delivery. Additionally, you will negotiate confidently and chase up sales opportunities, prepare quotations/proposals, and develop customer and supplier leads. You will also gather market and customer information to drive business development.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized and structured individual with excellent communication skills, who is able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in a similar Sales Administrator or admin role in a busy office environment is essential, along with customer-facing experience either in customer service or sales. You should have a larger-than-life personality, able to be a brand ambassador, and be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business. You should also have a high standard of written English, fast and accurate keyboard skills, and excellent cost control and focus. Furthermore, you should be highly organized, focused, and able to prioritize and deliver under pressure with a high attention to detail.
