To diagnose and resolve plant failures, ensuring a first-time fix approach. The role involves carrying out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns, and new installations due to the varied client requirements.
Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 Monday – Friday, plus regular call-out rota.
Responsibilities - Commercial Gas Engineer- Service, install, and repair gas appliances and associated plant.
- Update, renew, and correct asset lists to keep contracts up-to-date.
- Assist with raising quotations for remedial works and small projects.
- Liaise with the team to understand customer requirements and communicate ongoing work clearly and professionally.
- Complete assigned service and maintenance inspections to a high standard within appropriate timescales.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Health and safety qualifications such as PASMA or IPAF preferred but not essential.
- Commercial Gas Qualified (CoDNCO1, TPCP1(a), ICPN1, CDGA1, CORT1).
- Domestic Gas Qualified (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1).
