Trainee Paraplanner

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Paraplanner. As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will be responsible for supporting our Wealth Managers in preparing suitability letters and reports, transacting client investments, and assisting with meeting preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare suitability letters and reports for clients
• Transact client investments, protection, and mortgages
• Assist with meeting preparation and provide technical information to advisers
• Research and document client current arrangements
• Obtain and maintain detailed client information to support the advice team

Requirements:

• Working towards Dip PFS qualification or intending to start studies imminently
• Some paraplanning or report writing experience is essential
• SJP Back Office Systems and Advice Framework knowledge and experience is essential
• Understanding of regulations and products, and their practical application
• IT proficient with Excel skills
• Excellent English language and grammar skills
• Highly organized, methodical, and disciplined
• Self-motivated
