    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our homecare team, you will be delivering high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes within the Northampton catchment area.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Delivering chemotherapy treatment to patients in their homes, including blood tests, toxicity assessments, IV and oral administration, and more.
  • Care for patients with various chemotherapy needs, including IV/Oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, and injections.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients and their families.
  • Continuously assess patients' needs and adjust care plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with experience in chemotherapy administration and management. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development are essential.
