Duties Assistant

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our team as a Duties Assistant in a busy country pub with rooms in West Berkshire. The role involves supporting the housekeeping and kitchen teams, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas.
• Work as a Kitchen Porter, supporting the head chef and kitchen team to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Perform other associated tasks as required, including stock management and lifting/carrying heavy items.

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience of working in housekeeping and a professional kitchen.
• Good attention to detail, excellent attitude, and willingness to learn and develop your career.
