About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyperson to join our team at Premier Estates. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, hanging pictures, repairing items, and assembling shelving units.
- Ensure a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and staff by litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
- Provide exceptional customer service, leading, engaging, and inspiring others to deliver a high level of service.
- Proactively seek opportunities to drive the performance of the development and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
- Build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, and support the team in achieving our goals.
- Experience in performing various maintenance tasks and a proven track record of delivering great customer service.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Proactive and able to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive performance.
- Ability to handle feedback effectively and provide a high level of service to residents and guests.
