PK/PD Scientist (Post-Doctoral) Role

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled PK/PD Scientist (Post-Doctoral) to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Bracknell, UK. This contract-based role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact research endeavors in the field of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models to optimize ADC dosing regimens and improve therapeutic index.
  • Establish a comprehensive framework for modeling ADC PKPD and exposure-response relationships in preclinical and clinical settings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate modeling results into clinical development strategies.
  • Design and execute experiments to validate model predictions and inform ADC development.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical/Biomedical Sciences, Computational Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with relevant software such as R, Monolix, NONMEM, MATLAB, or similar.
  • Strong background in pharmacokinetics and/or pharmacodynamic principles.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
