Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans to improve patient access and experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to provide an efficient and effective administration service to patients and clinicians.
  • Ensure that staff adhere to the Patient Access Department standard operating procedures and highlight any issues to senior management.
  • Provide cross-cover for other Team Leaders across the function to ensure a consistent and effective service is maintained.
  • Attend relevant meetings and provide input to senior management on operational issues.
