About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Business Development Director to lead our Commercial Risk Management team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Lead a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of commercial risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
