Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Equipment Specialist to join our team in Wigan, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the service and repair of generators, fault finding and diagnosis, as well as ensuring mobile welfare units are roadworthy. They will also be expected to attend sites for warranty work and participate in upgrading units to Eco specification by installing solar panels, inverters, and 12v sockets and lighting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and repair generators
  • Fault find and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
  • Ensure mobile welfare units are roadworthy
  • Attend sites for warranty work
  • Upgrade units to Eco specification
Requirements
  • 18th edition qualification
  • Mechanical and electrical skills
  • Experience maintaining mobile welfare units (highly advantageous)
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, with overtime available. Our benefits package includes:
