Contract Administration Specialist

Alexandria Insights, Inc. is a growing small business government contractor seeking a Contract Administration Specialist to support our business portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of contracting duties, including contract negotiation and administration, proposal development, and pricing.

  • Negotiate and administer contracts with the federal government and prime contractors.
  • Review and negotiate teaming agreements, contracts, and subcontracts to ensure Company objectives are achieved.
  • Develop detailed Cost/Price proposals for all relevant contract types.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a business or related field and 5 years relevant experience in contracts management.
  • Experience with negotiation and management of DoD Services contracts is required.
  • Experience with all contract types, including cost plus, fixed price, T&M, and incentive fee is desired.
  • Thorough knowledge of the FAR and DFARS is required.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and as part of an integrated team is required.

Salary Range: $100K - $120K
