Technical Sales Opportunity in Ground Shoring and Heavy-Duty Support Systems

We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team at a reputable supplier of temporary works solutions. With a 100-year history across the UK market, our company has grown to become a key international player with a turnover of over £40 million.

The ideal candidate will have experience using a consultative approach to sell on performance and value to high-value UK projects. You will be responsible for selling ground shoring and heavy-duty support systems into major projects, with a focus on new business opportunities (30% of total sales). A comprehensive training program will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary up to £55,000 per annum
  • £6,500 car allowance + fuel card
  • Uncapped and monthly paid commission (£20,000 OTE)

Work Arrangements:

  • Remote/field-based working, covering the M1/M40 corridor from London to the Midlands

Requirements:

  • Technical sales experience within the construction industry, e.g. temporary works or main/tier-1 contractor solutions selling
  • Motivated personality with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a remote/field-based environment

What We Offer:

  • Guaranteed commission in year 1
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • 8% employer pension contribution
