About the Role:
As a Financial Operations Specialist at Flint Bishop, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the credit control process. This involves managing debt collections, ensuring timely payments from fee earners and partners, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with clients to resolve outstanding debts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A sound understanding of financial software and systems is also essential for this position.
